One of our most popular membership options, our barbell club membership provides flexibility and freedom for people who may follow their own program or have a crazy schedule. This low monthly rate option gives you full 24/7 access to our premier equipment. Southwest Barbell and Fitness is proud to be a memeber of the nationally certified USAW Barbell Club. Discounts available to Military/First Responders.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS
Our Functional Fitness class combines Crossfit style training, weightlifting, and so much more. Monday through Friday at 5:30 pm, and 9am on Saturdays
